1. The Foundation Is Complete And That Changes Everything

Because once the foundation is cast and set, the project is real. The ground has been broken, the concrete has been poured, and the structure is rising. Everything from here is visible, measurable, and verifiable.

2. What Has Been Completed So Far

I. Retaining Wall

The casting work for the primary outer retaining wall has been successfully completed for the basement level. This is the structural perimeter that protects the entire building and its foundation from external pressure and it is done.

II. Raft Foundation

The massive concrete raft foundation, the base that distributes the load of the entire tower, has been fully cast and completed for Part A, with 50% completion in Part B. The raft is the structural backbone of the project, and its completion in Part A is a landmark achievement.

III. Footings and Grade Slabs

All major concrete casting, reinforcement, and grade slab works for the primary footings are 100% complete in Part A and 50% complete in Part B. This is the base of the base, and in Part A, it is done.

IV. Column Starters

Column starter casting is 100% complete across the project. Column starters are the critical connection point between the foundation and the rising structure above, their completion marks the beginning of the vertical build.

V. Structural Columns

Structural column casting for the main framing is 90% complete up to ground floor level. The building is visibly rising. Formwork and casting for the remaining columns are actively underway.

VI. Water and Fire Safety Tank

The raft casting for the main domestic water storage tank and the fire safety tank area is finished, ensuring that the building's core utility infrastructure is already in place at the foundation stage.

VII. Part B Excavation

Heavy excavation and earthwork for Part B have been officially completed at nearly 100%. Brickwork and waterproofing around the footings in Part B are actively progressing.

VIII. Footing Steel and Waterproofing

Waterproofing and steel binding work for already excavated areas are underway, ensuring that every element that goes underground is protected for the lifetime of the building.
